Using SEO you can format your website so that search engines rank your site higher. Using Social Media and blogging you can build your brand and gain leads as well as traffic to the site.

Engage. Once you’ve attracted the people to your site now it’s time to keep them there. Having a great website is one of the first steps, they’ll see your website and get an idea of your brand. Give them things to do on the site like the video content, checking your social media and having downloads and information for them to read about you and your services.

Convert. The first two don’t mean a lot without this one. Converting those people into customers is the most important part of your business. And you want to be able to track where these conversions are coming from so that you are more aware of what works and what doesn’t.

Inspire. Make sure that you are keeping these customers, inspiring them to continue to come back to you. You can do this through loyalty programs, referral programs and just having a great product!
